I work with individuals, teams, and organisations to support the human side of change management.
Whether you are introducing AI, redesigning systems, or shifting how people work together, I focus on what determines whether change is actually adopted: behaviour, mindset, habits, and emotional response.

My work combines organisational psychology with practical change adoption methods. I help people understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to work confidently within it. Resistance, uncertainty, and fatigue are addressed directly and constructively, so change feels manageable rather than disruptive.

At Renascence, change is approached as a shared process. By keeping leadership and teams at the centre, new systems and technologies are implemented in a way that is clear, steady, and genuinely embedded into everyday work.

What Is Change Adoption Coaching?

Definition: Change adoption coaching helps people understand, embrace and sustain new ways of working, behaving or leading. It goes beyond change management by focusing on human experience, emotional readiness and behavioural support.

In practice: I guide clients through confusion, resistance, fatigue and uncertainty by offering personalised strategies that build clarity, confidence and stability.

What Led Me Here

 Over the years I have worked inside organisations during periods of significant change, often stepping into teams trying to adapt to new systems, new leadership or shifting expectations. What struck me most was how often the technical side of change was carefully planned, while the human side was left largely unsupported.

Seeing the impact this can have on individuals and teams became one of the reasons I created Renascence. My work today focuses on helping organisations bridge that gap so that change becomes something people can move through with clarity rather than resistance.
